What is Culture Marketing?

Culture Marketing is about identification—translating a brand into the language, codes, and values of its niche communities so that it becomes credible there. This is achieved through many small, relevant micro-actions rather than prioritizing reach at all costs.The result: people don’t feel like “they’re advertising to us,” but rather “they belong here.”

What sets Stagetime apart as an agency?

People Business: We live and breathe in the scenes we activate in—you’ll be hard-pressed to find a cultural event where one of us isn’t in the mix. Beyond that, we’re hands-on and, above all, proactive: we don’t just manage brand ideas; we come up with our own concepts, moves, and partners because we see the fits before they’re even on paper.

How do you work in practice—who is my point of contact?

You’ll always have a dedicated lead as your main contact. They get to know and understand your brand, build the strategy, and assemble a project team from our specialized departments (e.g., Design, Production, Social, Events, Talent/VIP, Partnerships) based on the activation. For anything we intentionally don’t handle in-house (e.g., Paid Advertising or PR), we have strong partners.

Are you more strategy or execution?

We start with strategy and direction, but we don’t get stuck in the deck. We plan, execute, and roll things out—right down to the final deliverable. Culture isn’t created in a PDF; it happens out there in real contexts.

Do you only work as a lead agency or also on individual projects?

Both. We can serve as a long-term lead agency to guide and scale—or act as a sharp specialized team for individual projects (e.g., events, social launches, talent/VIP campaigns, sponsorships).

Influencer campaigns: only with your own talents?

No. We have Talent Management (talents we manage exclusively) and separately, Talent & VIP Relations (access to external talents, artists, management, and international personalities). Only one thing matters in the end: brand fit + campaign fit + niche fit. If external talents are a better match, we go external.

What does Stagetime consciously not do?

We don’t do Google or Meta advertising, nor traditional PR/press work. Not because it’s “bad”—but because our focus is culture and credibility.If you need paid or PR, we bring in strong partners and ensure it aligns with the overall strategy.Otherwise, we only work D2C—and only with brands that play fair (human rights, labor rights, sustainability). No drugs, no weapons, no content harmful to youth, no bullshit!
